Minimum Order and Back Orders

$50.00 is the minimum order. Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you at once. Custom imprinted products will be shipped separately and will take longer.

Shipping Costs

The cost of Postage or UPS will be added to your invoice.

Receiving an Order

When your shipment arrives, be sure to sign for only those cartons you receive. ATLAS will not be responsible for packages signed for that you did not receive. Check contents immediately. Shortages or damages must be reported at once.

Guidelines

Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are acceptable methods of payment.

Returns

Defective merchandise must be reported within 15 days of receipt. If you wish to return stock merchandise, call us for shipping instructions. All authorized returns must be shipped back in good condition within 15 days. 10% restocking fee. Custom printed products are not returnable.

Artwork

All orders requiring new logos or artwork must have the logo or artwork submitted from the buyer to Atlas Pen & Pencil Corp. Logos or artwork which do not meet commercially acceptable standards are subject to additional artwork charges at the rate of $40.00 per hour.
